Biomechanical research into athletic performance reveals the basic components of human
motion. The Power Balance exercises are based on these fundamental principles.

Swinging the Power Balance symmetrically, rhythmically, and repeatedly allows the
muscles of the left, right, front and back to be trained evenly. This naturally generates ideal
posture that features proper alignment of the vertical axis of motion and center of gravity.
